Whether you board in Cusco or Ollantaytambo, please be at the pickup point at least 20 minutes before boarding time.
📍 Departure point from Cusco: Main Square (Plaza Mayor), in front of ATM BCP, Calle Espaderos. Be there by 06:25 AM — departs 06:45 AM sharp.
📍 Departure point from Ollantaytambo: At the Ollantaytambo junction entrance. Please be there by 08:35 AM — boarding is at 08:55 AM.

The bus takes you from Cusco to Hidroelectrica station. From there you walk 11 km (approximately 2.5 hours) along a flat Amazon trail alongside the train tracks to Aguas Calientes — the town at the base of Machu Picchu. It's one of the most beautiful walks in Peru.
The Bus + Lunch package includes everything in the Solo Bus package, plus a lunch at Santa Teresa during the 12:40 PM stop. This is a 35-minute rest at a restaurant we recommend, in a beautiful valley. Platinum Luxury + Lunch is $26.
Our packages are one-way (Cusco → Hidroelectrica). We also offer the return trip as a separate booking. The return bus picks up at Escobar station between 2:00–2:50 PM and arrives in Cusco around 9:45 PM at Plaza San Francisco.
Hostels, agencies and travel desks resell our seats at a markup of $3–$4 per person. When you book directly with us as the operator, you pay the official price. Same vehicle, same driver, same route — you just pay less and get direct WhatsApp support.
We recommend booking as early as possible — seats are limited per departure and no walk-ins are accepted on the day. In peak season (June–August, December–January), seats can sell out days in advance. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need a same-day booking.
The walk from Hidroelectrica to Aguas Calientes is 11 km on a flat trail alongside the train tracks through cloud forest. It takes approximately 2.5 hours at a normal pace. The trail is well-marked, mostly flat, and one of the most spectacular walks in Peru — not included in the bus service but well worth doing.

Wear comfortable clothes in layers — Abra Málaga pass can be cold (~4°C) while Hidroelectrica is warm and humid. Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, insect repellent and your ID/passport. Platinum Luxury: luggage up to 10 kg. Large suitcases are not recommended.
